I do think that lately Kal has been showing most of all great PvT while his PvZ isn't as impressive, losing to people like soulkey and hyuk.
Even after all the bullshit efforts been doing lately his ZvP is just ridiculously good.


Records are so meaningless, it's not about who he loses to, every top player loses to scrubs, that's how the game works. It's the way he plays - Kal consistently exhibits very high level, solid PvZ.

Against Jaedong is different lol, Kal's just cursed vs. Jaedong.

Effort is just grossly overrated by the number of CJ fanboys here =P

As much as I love Kal and hate Effort, 3-0 is just not possible. It is gonna be a good and close series, but I hope Kal pulls through.

What will you do when Effort wins the series? Easy to make statements like that here - how about a month ban if Kal fails to 3-0?

I mean, I think it's around 50/50 but to say Kal will 3-0 given his Starleague history ... now THAT is blind.

I don't grossly overrate effort. Several of his games in the past months have been awful, his ZvT was awful, and it only now seems that his ZvZ has recovered through the whole tiebreaker story. But his ZvP is just a thing of beauty, I get bigger nerd chills from it than when watching JD ZvP (even though JD ZvP is stronger) and he's just a monster at it.
