You always want to be seed 1 so you don't have to play other Seed 1s, specifically Flash.

How will this work out. If Hyvaa wins, will flash and kal play directly after or will the other groups play their scheduled games first and then all the tiebreakers are played or what?

Shine has beaten effort zvz both in the slump and before the slump. Effort isn't a lock if it goes to tie-breaker, in fact i'd say he's the underdog since shine's likely to beat him again, and he has to win twice in a row. this is all assuming shine loses against forgg
