Stork and Bisu might both be slumping but Bisu is in a far worse state. Stork's micro is still s-class. Bisu has gone down the Savior road.

Maybe, if he refines his battle micro better. Stork was constantly down in supply and still came out even, or a little behind.

Heck, Movie had split Stork's army, moved into his natural, with a +1 upgrade over Stork and he still failed to break him.
