 great in the final 8 is pretty bad.  Movie seriously dropped the ball there. Not to mention  MVP. *** Actually, the MSL has Flash and Jaedong, but beyond them, the overall quality takes a deep dive. There's free and Calm on the second tier, and then.. scrubs. Meanwhile, the OSL is shaping up to have a great PvZ semi-final, and hopefully Movie can beat Pure to make a competitive other semi-final. So while the OSL has a clear favorite, the overall quality is much better. While the MSL has two titans, and a lot of cannon fodder. | ||

Jaedong vs Midas should be epic- JD's ZvT has been so up and down recently I don't think it will be easy for him. | ||

He is a slight favourite due to the aspect you just mentioned; he has a history of kicking ass in Bo5's. But after the finals vs Flash his ZvT has been mediocre at best, losing like 50% of them and dropping games vs ACE players, while Midas has been showing some excellent performances. I don't believe in magic; Jaedong is not protected by some super natural spell, he is human and he is not guaranteed to win just because it's a Bo5. I hope it will be close and entertaining, maybe something along the lines of JD's 3-2 win vs Canata last year. | ||

MBC's new format for the Ro8 has entered its third (and last) season. The brackets from the Ro16 have been discontinued, and the matchups are now determined by KeSPA ranking. The matchups are a Bo5 format, with both players able to thumb down maps they do not want to see played twice. What does it mean by "and last" season? | ||
