Flash's push was definitely planned. He saw that Stork was only on 1 Gate with the Vulture that got a Probe kill, and he knew that Stork didn't have the forces to stop his push.

It's Stork's fault for expanding so quickly when Flash scouted his game plan.

Sick play by Flash, but Stork really dropped the ball that game walking into the mine damaging his goons + his micro when Flash engaged seemed really off, using all goons to target the marine for example and then bugging out his goons when mines got laid around him.
