His micro wasn't all that impressive he was just massing up mutas. And Flash beat Jaedong and Zero, I would put those two ahead of Shine.

Watch the ZvPs games being played on Fighting spirit, this style has resurged on maps with a 3rd that allows a quick 4th. JD/Zero/Effort all have used this style although did not stick to Mutas for this long and opted for a quick hive for crackling/ultra. Savior came up with this build in 07, however, it never really picked up, JD used it here and there but it never really came back till this season.

Anyway, I think that Shine's play was exciting this game, even though it featured like... 2 different units. It was unexpected and non-standard, and it was interesting to see how he abused the map and the strengths of this build.
I would hate it if it became standard ZvP play though
