Either way I dont understand why he doesnt try to change his pvz or at least go back to his basics and reinvent his play. He is playing really bad in his supposed to be best MU. Edit: Stork will stomp JD tomorrow . yeah tomorrow stork will find out whether his new pvz will work against korean top zergs. the +1 leg +1 weapon zealot pushing and +1 air combo

Any semi pro and decent amateur in korea can play this way. Go watch the game again is all I can say. It was not a rape. First off, look at how well Idra handled the early pressure. That early pressure is quite comparable to what Kolll completely fell apart to against Bisu. Idra did not fall apart, he reacted in a great way and showed us some pro gamer micro. Then look at how calmly he handled the DT's by destroying his own comsat. Brilliant presence of mind! And the push would've most likely suceeded if it wasn't for that minedrag. You should really rewatch the game.

Destroying your own comsat to deal with DTs sounds kind of weird o.O lol He just scanned Stork's base and saw Templar tech, so his scanner has 0 energy, right? So then he destroys it and rebuilds it to get 50 energy much faster.

But taking a straight long game from Jaedong who's top-1 Kespa with ELO so high it's not even funny is a big achievement. Even considering that A2 is quite an oldschool and Koll is new young talent and what's not. Not to mention that JD was undefeated against terran on Tau Cross which makes A2's win that much more impressive and yet pointless ![]()

Dont know why you think im talking about idra, but yea he would be one of them The options why: option a: because it was hard to do worse option b: because they are overal better players option c: i dunno according to your theory chrh would have done better than bisu, after all he beat bisu... not a very solid theory though...

He had a great tournament, and I expect to see a lot more of him in the future! And yeah, Advokate's win against Jaedong seems underappreciated. I think Jaedong played like an ass in that game, but that really doesn't matter at all; he's the best SC player off all time and a foreigner took him down in a straight up game. WAAAA! How awesome is that? All hail Advokate!

On the other hand, I hope you win, Stork. Unfortunately, PvZ isn't where your strength lies. I'll understand if you do lose. =(

You should really rewatch the game. The minedrag certainly speed things up but the push will not work anyway. Idra lost his timing long ago from being behind in cheese(1 gate against 2 rax is pretty bad). Stork timed his arbiter and gateways for any immediate fastest 6 fac 2 base push in midgame. Its the same situation as fantasy v stork osl final game 2, but that fantasy only lost a bit of timing, idra lost a lot more. I think the measure of skill in progaming is by optimal timing thats why he looks close. Lower tier players will always lose seconds of timing thats why they are. The standard of game is no different from stork playing an osl offline qualifier. The top players almost plays at optimal timing in everything whereas 3rd tier players always lose a bit of timing in their games and are down to 3rd tier. Nowadays esports evolved into something very cruel. Although from foreigners' view he is really impressive in that game, from korean community, progamers, commentators and idra himself i suppose he will think it wasn't close.

He had not lost his window. Have you even watched the game? Stork only had a few goons at that point, so there was no way he could've broken the push at that point if Idra had still had those Vultures. It was a really close game until then. That DT won Stork the game.
