Would clear all other handicaps that had been drawn up to that point but they must offrace for the remainder of the tourney. Could be good and get it midway or towards the end or it could happen at the start and they'd have to offrace as well as have handicaps  | ||

Also most of the handicaps are race specific it seemed | ||
