Definitely, but it's mostly just used to fill gaps, I don't think it clashes with anything vitally important. ESL users are a different community than TL, both have to be catered in some way.

Did you guys see his series vs Koll? (well expect for game 3 where Koll was just bewildered by mech) He's nowhere near untouchable, and he didnt even learn to gg in korea.
