new strat: danatoss?

nullmind 1303 Posts December 31 2003 16:51 GMT #1 I recently played with some korean kids and this guy had such speedy zealots. Friggin by the time my sunken starts his 1 zealot already running in the base. I heard it's a new(?) maybe not new for some but a decent strat where the toss goes something like 6 pylon 7 gate 8 gate and get 3 zealots off the first pylon. Those 3 zealots arrive 5 second after the speed as how 9/10 gate players first zealot arrives. If zerg decided to expo then of course you know its dead. I was frustrated after 3 games of expo hatchery loss even though every game I built faster and hungrier and tried 10/9 hatch 11 spawning in base and friggin those zealots still arrive before the sunken finishes. Anyway, you might say then always do 9 pool or 12 pool but those will slow down a lot. The toss strat continues with robo+templar tech which they harass expo with dt and take out main with reaver. Comments? Ideas?

They just listen to one side of the story without even checking to see the proof or even wait until the proof comes and comes to a conclusion...
