I used to occasionally use this really ghetto version of this, and it was so buggy, that you could hardly play. Great find:D

Why hello there, iccup and everything associated with it. edit : If they update the anti-hack launcher, it'll probably start detecting this, though. If it's a tool left for watching replays and singleplayer it's better. However, every other game in existence allows for you to change the resolution, and while you probably have an advantage in 1280 x 1024 in CS or FPS in general, there are also some disadvantages that go with it a lot of the time. And a 640x480 player who rocks, is still going to rock.

Hacking/not hacking is unfortunately a fine line. All of the plugins that we have enjoyed throughout the years are hacks. They might not be malicious/interfere with competitive gaming, but you cannot seperate them very easily. They function exactly the same. I think most of us agree that using this in a game gives an unfair advantage, but this is extremely useful to competitive gamers in another way: to watch replays. For that reason, I think its completely fine for it to be posted here. If the only thing stopping you or someone else from hacking at Starcraft is finding a download for a hack, I think you need to kill yourself right now because that's about one of the easiest things to find on the internet. To assure you further that this should be allowed to be posted here, this hack cannot currently be used along with Iccup antihack launcher without doing some (decently) heavy programming work. If it could, it would likely pass their antihack check (although I am not sure), but this risk is minimal at best. If you don't want to be exposed to this, play on Iccup and only play with people that have antihack on.

for those who can't get it working, put it inside your starcraft folder and run as admin (for vista). make sure your resolution ratio in the text file is the same as your monitor's ratio or it crashes after going into the game. fyi, it doesn't look malicious at all, and many many people have already used it fine i think. just use iccup antihack if you think it's an unfair advantage. what's the big deal?

The way the loader works is it first checks the registry for Starcraft's install path, and then it looks in the directory it is in for any dll files. It then injects all those dll files into the starcraft.exe it found inside the starcraft path. So, since its designed to be in a different directory than SC itself, it needs to use the install path to find it. I guess as another option you could look for a different dll loader. Google around for command-line dll injectors or something along those lines and you'll probably turn up something you could use for the purpose.

wow, this is perfectly done!! It's almost like Blizzard made a patch, if you're not picky about minor details, you can't spot that this is a 3rd party hack.

Or i find FPReps advantageous because the one watching it first person can find out weak spots easier than the guy without it. its always the users responisbility to not abuse the given tool. only because you can stab someone with a knife it doesnt mean you have to. its also ridiculous to ban all knifes because someone could get stabbed. generally its a very bad way to go by hushing up the stuff you dont like, you should educate about it properly instead.
