Any idea how to fix this? That's really weird, I have no idea what might be causing that.

Anyone here use X-Fi sound card and is able to use the "What U hear" to record sounds coming from your sound card? I have the option selected in the Encoder but no sounds come out while recording =(
Edit: In the settings in the encoder when "What U hear" is selected the audio input mixer properties are all grayed out and I am unable to enable it but the pin line input mix is enabled. I have no clue if that means anything =(

When I record with no livestreaming, it records beautifully, i can send a nice clean 640/480 video to anyone who wants it.
I'm just not smart enough to do this I guess =(
Sorry to bump this. I'm kind of in the same situation as him. I get this zoomed in error when trying to livestream. It like shows my command center and scvs but nothing else (no minimap, food/resource count, etc.. too zoomed in to see that).
When I try to plain record a camtasia video it works perfectly. The resolution settings are set just like they should be in camtasia (640x480) and in FLME as well.

I have restarted my computer after setting the resolution to 640x480 and I am starting camtasia recording first like someone suggested earlier. Nothing seems to be working.
Any ideas on what might be wrong?

I only have one problem while I am streaming...and i don't know if this is for everyone too but...my stream seems to be a good 10 mins behind my actual play...anything i can do? or is it just like that

i tried streaming for also other games (like war3) and I notced, camtasia's green & black borders constantly keep flashing while ingame. I haven't tried yet with sc, but it seems like a resolution problem. I tried setting fmle & camtasia to my monitor's resolution, but it just always wold crash :/

You're streaming bitrate is above the 500kbps maximum, but that shouldn't be causing this problem.
Do you see the resolution screen for camtasia when clicking on the little wrench next to the Camtasia blablabla driver?

This thing is sweet. thanks rage.
640x480 is SC's resolution. war3 probably uses somethin different
I noticed that when I turned on FMLE, then went to the broadcast live, it showed a camera device that I could use to stream my video, which was because of the running FMLE, even when I didn't hit the start button. When I ran that broadcast, that's when it was streaming 320x240 no matter what I tried. I'm not sure if that's what the other people are doing, but you need to actually USE the FMLE as your streamer. once you have the correct FMS URL entered, hit connect, and it should connect to the server. when you are ready to stream hit start, then start recording the screen. FMLE should automatically start your broadcast (if you set autolive=true), so you won't need to go to the broadcast live portion to start it. you should be able to go directly to your stream and see if it's working or not.

Ok... this might be a newb/stupid question but i found out that my "What U Hear" only records in Multi-Channel audio which is not supported by Adobe Flash Live Encoder 3, so my question is , is there any way to convert the sounds from Multi-Channel to mono or stereo while recording live?

Camtasia's resolutions are really unstable, I either gotta find a way to make it to work @ 1680 x 1050 or find a different program :/

Any idea how to fix this? kona, like I already said, it's really weird. I can only imagine the problem being DirectX / DirectSound related.
