If you rewatch the game, both savior and JD scouted wrong with their first OL, and then went basically mirror builds (+1 drone before pool for savior). JDs second OL scounts the right direction while Savior for some reason sends his OL to the center. (Cross scouting) With the intel that JD had (low ling count from savior) and with the basically nonexistant intel that savior had, JD capitalized on it and raped him HARD. As soon as his lings was in making havoc, gas was up and running for JD and his spire was just 50% behind saviors. Look, that game is great example of why JD is soo much better than everyone else on ZvZ. "All-in".. Jesus. That 5-pool though... Win OSL now! ![]() I stand corrected. Thanks for giving this analysis, I did not watch carefully enough.

but on a side note, jaedong's ability to adapt in z v z is frightening... its a shame anytime wasnt there to hold down the fort when jaedong lost with his 5 pool. but seriously.. spear? you know he is gonna get ass raped by the coach... holy crap why did they even bother picking him up?

I like how coach Cho credits and supports CJ's B team. No doubt that such support helped in their success.

Even after losing Jaedong is skill scary. I'm glad too see that he's rattled, but far from broken. Hopefully he'll emerge a wiser and more powerful player from this experience.
