I think these rankings (current as of August 2008) are pretty accurate about people's levels when everyone was relatively active.

The only one that isn't 100% accurate is me, because since this league, I've practiced an insane amount and am now easily B on ICCup. No I haven't actually reached B, but I am pretty sure I'd win at 50% pretty soundly if I were to try.
