Ok here's what I'm going to do... I've tried to get in contact with the guy who made BWUSA to see if I could get him to re-upload the site, since I got an offer of 6 months free hosting to get BWUSA.org back... but I didn't get a response from him. SO... I guess I'll run it from this temporary forum that my cousin and I set up for team USA and hopefully along the way I'll be able to find someone who can help make a site. SO... here's what I'm going to need: - Team Rosters from each team (PM me) - Do you guys want picking random as a race to be allowed? (YES / NO) - Map Pool ... let's decide a map pool then we can alternate and stuff - Format.. going to be a round robin, but do you want to have it where each team plays the other teams twice (proleague works like this right?), or just once? ** League will begin March 1 ** This weekend once I get the rosters and stuff, I'll create the schedule and fix everything on the forum and then announce everything. In the mean time, I'll be looking for anyone who might want to volunteer to make a nice site for this.. I've got hosting covered, just need a website! | ||

im probably a minority in saying i like 2v2's and thus prefer the old proleague format. oh well. also are we supposed to give feedback to the questions in this thread, or wait for the site to go up? | ||

There's very little support for it, especially since there are only a couple of 2v2 maps around now that PL is not refreshing their map pool with 2v2 maps. I know you can play on other maps, but that just doesn't seem as legit to me. | ||

In addition, I think using maps made by the mapping community (like TL did for one of their showmatches) would be completely fine, and might even be a great idea for the sake of making this more of a community project. BTW, Xeris, for website, since no one's stepped up, I'll talk to my cousin again and see if she'll throw something together. Can you PM me with a rather specific list of what you want on it? | ||
