No, byulgolover is aka Devil[fou]. He just played against Hwasin and lost 1 - 2 (mostly due to poor control and suiciding units - both games he lost he definitely had a clear advanatage at some point). T.3)kumjeja is the one who faces Stork.

I think it should be annual and not bi-annual. Just seems like so many new players are coming right in and not doing much with the exception of a very few.

That draft system seems a bit odd.
Why do SKT1 for excample pass the two first rounds and then pick a player in the 3rd and 4th round. You'd think you could get the better players in the hugher rounds.

Well I'm not sure of the specifc draft rules, but they might be different compared to conventional rules.
