After a long hiatus, I'll be reviving my replay & talkshow series to provide some alternative, educational and talk-show type content to the foreign scene. If you don't know who I am, I am not a pro and the coaching content is designed for fringe and sub-S rank players.
If you missed the first series, I have Episodes 3-6 here on my YT channel (sorry, Eps 1 and 2 were lost). This time, I won't be doing viewer-submitted replays, but rather, will be inviting a coach from my community StRyKeR to prepare some pre-played educational games.
I'll be starting off with a 3 episode series (2 hours each in length), with each episode going over one Zerg matchup:
The first hour will be going over a couple standard build orders, but talking through them in great detail to educate viewers on the why rather than the what
The next thirty minutes will be dedicated to talk-show content where we will discuss any and all topics related to Starcraft
The final thirty minutes will be dedicated to a Q&A session, for which you can submit your questions live or beforehand
1/02 5:00pm PDT - Zerg vs Protoss 1/10 1:30pm PDT - Zerg vs Terran 1/17 1:30pm PDT - Zerg vs Zerg
Pre-Submit Questions for Q&A
You may pre-submit questions in channel #questions (under Talkshow Series) in my Discord community here. You can ask anything you want, but try to be mindful of it being either educational or interesting for discussion. If we run out of time, we will get to your question on Discord later.
Future Episodes
There will be a small donation goal during the series, for which the funds raised during episodes will go directly to my invited guests. While I won't require the goal to be met to continue this series in the future, showing your support and interest will help validate that this content is both desirable to the community and sustainable for me to organize and to continue inviting guests. My long-term vision is to invite more of my community coaches to build personalities and recognition, while helping the rest of ya'll improve at the game
All episodes will be uploaded to my YouTube channel if you can't catch them.
The first talkshow Jaeyun did made me want to play brood war for the first time. I am very excited for the sequel, StRyKeR is fantastic, you should all check it out!

calm down with your drunk ass kid. you are not my level and i'm glad to show you this when we play. we can play in a bit if you want, its christmas holidays and i wasnt expecting to bash a newb atm i'm hanging with friends drinking also, I was simply asking who you were. if you want to play then lets set it up  calm down kid you're emotions getting the best of you
Thanks all for tuning in. Upon hearing some feedback, we may try to keep the next two episodes more focused on the educational content, and answering questions that are relevant to the discussed matchup. This will help keep the flow of content more focused as I felt we got a little rushed as we went towards the questions. We'll also try to answer questions live during the stream to keep things a little more interactive.
As for general questions (not matchup specific), we may reserve those for a separate segment in the future, designed to be less educational and more talkshow-esque potentially with one or two more guests.

Is TvZ really the most imbalanced? Stryker quoted the stats of Polypoid but the stats on other maps aren't so skewed. I was under the impression that it was not that bad and ZvP was worse.

Yeah, they're both notably slightly imbalanced though you'll probably see variable results depending on which time periods you select.
One statistic I do look at is the impact of Flash in the matchup when looking at specific eras or month ranges. Remove Flash, and see what it is. Probably gives you a better sense of the real TvP and TvZ WR's when assessing map statistics.

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking about the Flash effect too and I have attempted to remove his effect from the statistics. Am I doing this correctly? I don't understand Korean.
At least ZvP and TvZ being almost equal makes more sense than before. The PvT stats are very surprising to me (48.6%) :o
Thank you for hosting this series, I learnt a lot!
Episode 3 is up! That concludes our Zerg series. I'll be taking a few weeks to think through what we might do next, whether it's more educational content with new/more guests, or more fun talk-show type stuff.
Huge thanks to all your support - shoutout to CamoDaz, dex, and L3gendaryz for your donations
