He looks really out of shape though. When he first returned to BW he seemed to play really well, but after taking such a long break before the military and now that he's finally back his play doesn't seem sharp at all.

I think he needs a little more time to power up if he wants to win or qualify. But he is a two time champion so maybe he just needs this motivation and months time

For last, are the qualifiers completly open? if they are, does this means that even Savior can participate?, he's been laddering on SC Remastered, and he's in the top 50 in the Korean ladder, i'm sure he could qualify, but the problem is... are people going to bitch about it enough to prevent him from playing?, i really don't see the bad thing about him participating, i just want to see good players, they guy already legally payed for what he did, and he was banned from Kespa, which is disbanded

SaviOr will be welcomed back into Brood War when Life is welcomed back to SC2.

KeSPa still exists and still has some influence over both StarCraft games. Just because there's no more teams doesn't mean KeSPa can't prevent matchfixers from competing again, because they can...

No. Savior cannot compete or stream Starcraft (and any other competitive games).
Afreeca and most of the streaming websites complied with KESPA's decision on banning Savior from competing, monetizing on gaming content. Also, KESPA did not disband.
