Source: Press Release
AfreecaTV announced an esports partnership with TV broadcaster SBS, which is one of Korea's three major television channels. SBS will handle the production and distribution of broadcast and cable television content, while AfreecaTV will take care of online services. It may be notable to the foreign community that SBS will also handle "the global publishing of esports content," but it's unknown as to what this implies in real terms.
I have no idea if this affects anything at all on the ASL/BW level, but it seemed like interesting news.

This is big news for e-sports.
"SBS의 e스포츠 지상파 신규 프로그램 제작은 물론 e스포츠 전문 채널인 신규 케이블채널을 설립하며, 케이블 채널 방송물의 제작 및 송출도 담당한다."
The keyword there is network television. SBS will produce e-sports programs for network television, which you can get without a cable subscription. That could be something other than BW, but it is big news nonetheless.
It also says a new e-sports cable channel will be established, too.
So ASL could be on television (cable or network), one would think!
EDIT: Upon further thought, I get the feeling it will be mostly other games, but still...

Well lets hope for the best, this could help BW quite a bit, which while I htink unlikely I am really hoping for! Also hopefully not bad changes for the global audience!

INB4 SC2 will be broadcasted with huge subsidies from blizz. To finance it, blizzard will increase the ASL fees to 200k.
