A lot of the pros use it right now including FLash, Effort, Mong, Hero, Hiya, Zero, and etc. Larva doesn't use it bc he doesnt like it for some reason. Fish server does allow it. A lot of people in Korea use it.

I can't physically prove that playing on Win XP & CRT monitor on UDP is much much faster than Win 7 & modern monitor. But I noticed that from the old FPVOD, their latency looks like playing with the lowlatency program on Win 7.
LAN latency is still fine enough even now, but most of the players in Fish(Koreans) use this. They seem like they can't play without this once they are used to this program.
I do not know about the sudden change. Probably people started to spread about this more and more so nearly all people are using this now.

Every player has a right to play on smooth lag free conditions but not the right to maphack/macro.
The hack is fine to use as long as the latency between both players are low, and when you have that kind of low latency environment like Korea, both players should use it to improve their playing experience. some people still do not understand how this hack work so they are just quick to diss on it.

yeah Group C is the GoD easily. ppls overrate Flash in his current forn when they think it's gonna be piece of cake for him. I expect him to go #1 in this group, but he has strong competition and hasn't reached his KeSpa level of dominance he had.
