I just want to say thanks to EVERY single person who has made the small vod thread what it is in the past few years I've been here. Makes watching StarCraft spoiler free the easiest thing. Thank you!

You can watch the most recent Proleague VODs by using the GOM TV program.
Download the korean version, open it, click the bottom right button, and click 게임.
Then root around until you find the VODs. They'll be pretty laggy but you'll be able to buffer. Just press pause. Leave them alone for a while and come back.
The VODs are extremely high quality.
