I just don't think Hwasin has what it takes to win the whole thing, even though he was able to defeat these 2 top-players. But: It was just 1 Game and we all know that Jaedong often looses the first game in a BO-3/BO-5, besides - Hwasin rushed him, so theres allways a luck-factor involved... Jaedong was simply unlucky with his build-choice.

And Flash made some horrible moves in the game against Hwasin and was behind very early - he tried to play it out but couldn't pull of a game-winning move; so he lost.

In competetive Sports like SC with all the different Matchups and the personality of players involved you can't really argue in this strictly logical way, because we're not talking about numbers or objects, but people.

Jaedong risked it by making lings and NO sunkens, not even one, despite the fact that he SAW the Terran move out, and he KNEW Hwasin already had a functional Academy
In such a high level play these kind of things can cost you a lot
Being greedy vs Hwasin isn't really recommended, since he probably got used to fighting a greedy sAviOr back when he was good

I had this feeling that Jaedong was pissed at FBH at the end of the game(5hats lol :p I liked it) could anyone tell me why?Great games, thx for uploading everyone

that game jaedong vs fbh in the end when jaedong planted those hatcheries was sweet hahaha, tho i gotta give it to fbh for being a good sport and smiled and didnt turn it into a big fuss

I got spoiled by this...

Hwasin is a very, very strong player who is in a deep slump. He has what it takes to win tournaments vs the very best of the best: he won WCG korea in 2007 or 08 (not the last one but the one before it), going throuh a ton of strong players

Yeah, FBH said that when he beat JD last time he went into a mini slump, so this time hes going to send him to hell and shut the door on his head :p. Looks like Jaedong took it seriously and got pissed. Either way, FBH went out in style and JD looked silly pouting in his booth like that.

Jaedong always looks like that when he hasn't won since he still had to play a final game. He's only happy when he wins everything. i.e. he look happy if he wins a game in a series, only when he wins the entire series. He said it's just how he concentrates. Besides, it's more like FBH got blasted out of the water in style.

Yeah, I don't think JD was pissed off.
At that point JD was in controll of the whole map and there was no was way FBH could have come back. By building these hatcheries he just showed FBH: "its over, type gg my friend "
