As a Protoss I find it hard to have an adequate amount of Observers in the current fast Arbiter meta. As a result, Terrans seem to get Scan + Goliaths earlier I think. Perhaps that is a contributing factor for players like Stork as well (not necessarily in this particular game but in general). | ||
