Very nice. Thinking about it there should often be an opportunity to play a scout when teching to arbiter, becasue:

- your starget doesn't do anything when waiting for arbiter tech anyway
- most of terran pushes during that time are tank / vulture only, so you can have that extra unit to pick off scv's and dmg tanks (or even scare away the terran)
- you can utilize the scout as Best did, to target science vessels or literally to have a beefy scout to check what T is doing (if you didn't have an observer or playing a non observer arbiter style)
- scout can be used later in the game to push back science vessels that are positioned out of the base for EMPs
- scout can be used to delay terrans 4th (like picking an scv)
- scout can be used as meat shield vs turrets for later recalls
- scout + obs can go around your far away expansions to kill mines blocking expansions (so no need to send 4+ goons there for example)

All-in-all, investing 275/125 is 2 dragoons and can be a lot at that stage of a game, but gives some very interesting tactical possibilities. Nerf scouts plz!

Watch the whole game to judge, this game was over no matter what Best did. I actually believe that this scout could have turned the tables, e.g a good stasis or recall.

Since Flash hasn't been streaming for awhile, I'll tell you guys a funny story.

Togogirl(He's a man) is a BJ and he is really good with computers. He helps a lot of BJs with computer problems. Many of the BW BJs ask Togogirl for help.

Flash was having computer problems and asked Togogirl to help him.
