i think thats mainly because of her part which is on the left side. it shows off the sweep from the left side of the face to the right and emphasizes it from the left side of the face. if the picture was taken from the right side of the face, it may look like either there is no part or the part is in the middle which is not the look that tossgirl is going for. i believe the 'sweep' that tossgirl has is for a 'cute' effect which most asians dig.
