44 minutes of pure action, with nearly all the bases being depleted. i used to think fofy was just a decent amateur, but he has shown a lot of improvement since the last replays i've seen of him. he plays a very solid terran this game, while rhapsody tries to exploit his weaknesses with multiple drops, counter attacks, and good spell usage.
does anyone know if they are pro? last i heard, fofy was a TvT training partner with nada i think.

I thought it was filled with quite a few mistakes though, P couldve ended it very early had he just scouted and shut down T's expo at 9/9 nat when they were undefended.
Took a long time to get stasis when he couldve gotten huge clumps in important battles/Recall to main wouldve been nice too.
Bit sloppy unit control too, losing alot of temps without storming.. goons to tanks, not enough zeals.
fofy lasted longer than I thought.. I suppose it's because of his expos at 9 and 9 nat. There were points in the game where Toss was way ahead then made some mistakes to even out the game.
Very cool game. Seems like this map plays a lot like requiem. I liked the 8 rax infantry build from the Terran, for cuteness factor, but I feel like it slowed him down a lot.
If I had to guess, I'd assume most progames will play out like requiem, with a low wall and all that good stuff. We might even see the resurgence of the gate/forge build as a counter.

That's what I call a BADASS TvP, these rookies seems always so close in terms of pure gaming skill to the top pros but always choke on Tv. Guess that's what pros mean when they say the ability to handle pressure is as important as your pure bw skill when playing in a big event.
That was definitely high lvl bw, a must see ! Very boxerish early/mid game by Fofy, I miss that style
fofy used to be a pro (on hanbit) but he has quit. Rhapsody's playing was just great. I watched the replay with his vision only. He has a good sense of balancing his actions between building units, controlling either his ground or his air forces, doing storm drops, managing his probes and expansions (even harder when he was expanding to islands) and defending against the terran harrass.

Fofy is not a rookie. He is registered in Kespa and used to compete.
Anyways, Boxer's style is fairly bad against protoss, since it comes down to a macro battle. That is why you see micro-based players like Boxer and i0i (who have fantastic micro) lose to macro protoss. Yeah, and YellOw[arnc] is a good example of a poor ZvP because his game is about micro.
