What is GOMTV Classic? - StarCraft : Brood War League hosted and presented by GOM eXP, where the living legends of Brood war attends - GOMTV Classic S4 starts on 2014 February 16th (KST) Qualification - Anyone who is currently broadcasting and running a channel on YouTube or Twitch. - Knowledge of the game StarCraft : Brood War How to Apply Step1. Click 'Caster Try Out' on top of GCC site. Step2. Click 'Apply' on the bottom of the 'Caster Try Out' page. Step3. Download try out VOD provided by GOM eXP Step4. Cast the VOD that you've downloaded * Portfolio - Try out VOD Schedule - 2014. 02. 07 - 02. 13 Results - 2014. 02. 14 (Will contact the winner through e-mail) Activity - Broadcast GOMTV Classic S4 VOD Reward and penalty - Make a special video for the personal who does a remarkable job with all 5 weeks of GOMTV Classic S4 VODs. - If you miss any, you will be disqualified for the rest.

I don't think this is a paid gig. They said the reward is that they will make a video to commemorate the winner of the competition. Most likely this competition acts as a round of tryouts in case they need casters for future events.

Probably, I assume that these don't have to be done live? I mean it says that you mustn't miss any, but it doesn't actually say anything about live casting
I'm vaguely interested in doing this, but it would be useful to know the full schedule of games beforehand. Also, does this mean that any English casting of these games aside from this official VOD one is not allowed?

True... but I don't think you can tell that much from a caster such a short game. Hopefully (at least for Sayle) they look at his channel and the fact that he has worked with TeamLiquid (Which they obviously recognize for SC2) and go like this guy is legit. If Sayle's vague interest comes to fruition that is :D
