"The popularity of the Sonic Starleague seems to be gradually on the rise.
After last week's group B, I went to see group C.
T/N: The original groups C and D switched order in which they were played.
They were still called C-D in one Sonic's post while D-C in another.
We decided to stick to the original names and I adjusted this in the translation.
Sonic Starleague is broadcasted on thursdays and saturdays,
the interview girl for group D on thursday was N-White's Ha Kyeong.
The interview girl for today was Cheon Bo-Yeong (CBY).
The opening match was a TvT between
Shinee and sSak.
In the first game, sSak took an early lead with a 6 vulture runby and followed up with wraiths to seal the deal.
In the second game, Shinee attempted to no-rax expand but sSak scouted that early and surely enough won the game.
T/N: Also, sSak blocking Shinee's armory under construction with floating barracks, forcing Shinee to make a new one.

Glorious.
Even though this was a TvT, both games ended in the early stages and the match was over soon.

sSak interviewed.
Nicknamed the Giant Terran,Shinee's height was frightening.
Even CBY, who is relatively tall and was even standing on high heels, couldn't make herself look that tall.

Match 2:
Modesty vs ZergMaN
The pre-games interview for the second match was rather fun.
In the time I haven't seen ZergMaN, he's gained a lot of fat and transformed notably.
The past feeling of similarity to the movie star Ma Dong Seok went poof~

Sure enough, CBY brought it up during the interview.
Everyone was like "uh oh" and then everyone cracked up hahahaha
ZergMaN has the nickname Murderer Joon.. look at his stare.
Then it was Modesty's turn and he provoked his opponent.
ZergMaN countered: "You're silent at the waiting room but cocky during the interview eh?"
With that the interview was really fun.
In the first game, ZergMaN went with the double hatchery build.
Modesty's zerglings denied this and he secured an advantage with mutalisks and scourge.
With a few mutalisks he ended up winning the first game.
In the second game, it was ZergMan's turn for early agression, but Modesty took the game as well.

After the initial wave of zerglings and mutalisks, Modesty followed up with guardians
and advanced to the Round of 16 easier than expected.
In the interview, Modesty mentioned he knew he won when he saw Terran's tech was later than he expected.
With somewhat of a provocative expression, he remarked that ZergMaN helped him by ending the games quickly.
During the interview, Modesty pronounced "Zerg" with a bit of a dialect (쩌그 instead of 저그) which made the audience laugh.
CBY readily repeated it with the same accent.

Losers' Match:Shinee vs ZergMaN
Both players opened economically, Shinee with mech and ZergMan going to lair and straight to hive.
ZergMaN did have a lot of mutalisks and even ultralisks but was short on defilers and his mutalisks died.
With heroic firebats arriving, Shinee ended up taking the game.
Final Match:Shinee vs sSak
In the early game, sSak poked in with vultures and chased after SCVs to the main base
while Shinee caught sSak's dropships off-guard, it was a back and forth fight since the beginning.
Even though his dropship strategy was revealed, sSak dropped vultures to the expansion and disrupted mining, gaining advantage.
While tanks clashed on both sides, Shinee started to tighten the tank line.
sSak countered with a tank drop in the main and with the advantage, he seized victory with more drops in to the main.

Last week the games went over midnight but with this group's 2-0's and quick TvTs,
it ended around 10 o'clock so a lot of people were still there.
I was convinced my number for the lottery was 36, but it was 39. = . =;;;;
I don't even recall if 39 was called out hahaha

Currently I am unable to upload pictures from my desktop PC so I uploaded them from the notebook,
and now I am back on the PC, writing the report, which is inconvenient.
It's not just CBY pictures, I am covering the entire round, including the players' pictures so that the report is useful.
In the middle of this round I made notes for the contents so that I wouldn't leave anything out.
Truthfully, it's the very "Best" to write a report like this right after the games are over,
but I am writing this the evening after.
Next time, I'll write it on the spot or right after it's finished and when I'm done editing the photos,
I'll be ready to post the report as amended.
I'll make deadlines for step 1, step 2 and the final edit, like this.....
Well, the next week there should be no work business but^^
If there is no extra work I'll see you at Group F of the Sonic Starleague~
Oh and one last thing, they are still adjusting and improving the studio.
You should be able to hear the audience, T/N: We were!
and even though the studio is smaller, it's getting better
and better and I believe it will keep improving.

I translated the final notes as well ^^. There are additional comments about the day's lighting (bad for the pictures, no flash etc.) and CBY (she cute) but I gotta go easy on the hands. Group F report coming probably tomorrow! Looks like there was no extra work for Mr. RangEi so he made sure he had some
