A new era is upon us, this is AMAZING!!! HYPE

dat trailer. I'm hyped

I'm assuming that this is going to be just 1 round? Or are there going to be several, with separate prize pools?

Awesome trailer, got me really hyped for this so I'll definitely be watching it!

This is gold I tell you, GOLD! Can't wait to get some BW action!

is it just me or is the text gray on gray?

Will the finals require both teams playing naked on iced seawater setups? That could swede up the event a bit
|
This is really, really sweet

isn't the admission fee too steep?
GO SBWI!

I have to commend the tournament organizers on their excellent map-pool choices, especially the fourth one.
But seriously, it's great to see Oxide finally getting the tournament exposure that it has deserved for a while - in fact, you could probably just use 7 random Freakling maps and the map pool would be an improvement on what it currently is, lol.
Looking forward to watching the games!

I'll definitely watch if Hacklebeast doesn't cast from his helicopter while touching his mic every 10 sec.

Interesting map selection, I foresee a lot of crazy builds and cheese.

Cool, but there's no time for new teams to form, and $50 is a lot if you're not expecting to win. Is it meant to be for A ranks only?
|
So is this what is replacing Gambit Cup?
|
Just to be clear, no Koreans or people living in Korea can participate? What about China?

Minimum 10 players, makes this $5 a person. If you have a bigger roster it is even cheaper. SBWI has seen this as a reasonable amount for the highest ranked team league outside of Korea.

Yep, that was our thought.

14) Who can play?
A player who grew up in a location without a professional StarCraft scene; OR The player currently residing in a location without a professional StarCraft scene and is not affiliated with a professional StarCraft team; AND The player does not have connection lag that would significantly impact quality of play.
