More like 90% of TL knows icc...iccup has a prett big number (relatively) of foreigners who can't speak English that well and thus don't got on TL | ||

I can be on ICCUP looking for a game for 30 minutes before giving up and playing something else. It's really frustrating, and it's one of the biggest things keeping me out of ICCUP. (On the other hand, I never play LoL because I don't want to wait for the latest 50 champion releases to download, so maybe I'm just entitled) | ||
