If you get mad or lose, it is because of yourself. Many things come into play with Moba games, I know, for one, there is many things wrong with Dota as it is in beta, HoN has the worst community in any game i have ever fucking played, and LoL is imbalanced from what I hear and it just looks awful to me. I was a competitive HoN player (2k PSR pre HoN 2.0) And i just couldn't take it anymore. I wasted 6 months at that game, I also played dota for a while, I tried LoL once or twice but that game man...I don't know. Of course it appeals to different people, as does Hockey, or Golf, or Tennis. But it is sad to see LoL as the flagship E-sport. I hope-hope-hope-hope-hope Valve does a good job on CS:Go and Dota. I just can't stand LoL... ( My opinion, of course. I am not intending to hurt anyone's feelings with this post. I love Moba games, HoN is a great game and I'm sure dota will surpass it. LoL to me, is the worst out of all. Sorry people  ) | ||

I am rather sad, (not mad) that the SC1 scene will go away. I play many games (LOL, SC1, SC2...etc) and I believe that even with the 10+ years SC1 has been out for, it is the definition of the perfect game, and that is why SC1 is so essential in creating the e-sports community that is out today. It is a game takes so much practice that the difference between a pro and an amateur who may play a lot is like earth and heaven, and therefore is at least in my opinion, the best game to watch, and that is why it has been around for so long. My friends who are much more into LOL and SC2 than I am also agree that SC1 is more difficult and has a greater skill cap, therefore, although they are not big SC1 players, they never fail to be amazed at everything that goes into the game. I'm not here to say one game is better than another game, just wanted to state the beauty of the game that everyone on this community appreciates. The end of this game makes me nostalgic about the years I've had with this game. Seeing proleague finals with friends, seeing the thousands of fans who show up live to support the pros, the enthusiasm of the casters and etc. Maybe the term 'sad" is not the right term, but it truly is rather surprising to see such a game fade away from the professional community. Once the pro gamers switch over they will end up losing more fans than gaining them. I'm not going to support a glossy looking game over a classic one I grew up with. OK so they are going to lose you, thats one fan. I am pretty sure they will gain more than 1 fan. | ||

Sorry but unlike sc2 bw fan base is already really small and lots of us loyal fan's actually leave the game bw is actually quite dead . My point is it's really worrying that loyal fans of the game for years will be leaving the scene and I don't give a damn attitude about us leaving the scene isn't really working here . It's not like sc2 fans will turn into bw fans after all why play an old irrelevant game that is already damn old with obsolete graphics ? . I will tell you what sc2 is growing well and I am okay with that but if we are not allowed to express our disappointment and regrets what else can we do ? Look just freaking leave us alone and go play your e-sports games man... | ||
