try: download this http://www.bwprogrammers.com/files/ashur/BWTVOB_reg_upd.reg put it to registry (double click) then restart Launcher set install path config plugin run if it doesnt help, wait for next update that will be fixed | ||

-bwlaucher pops error: d3d9.dll not found (i think maybe it's something about directx?) -no plugins on listbox -sc 1.13e runs correctly i've tried reinstalling everything many times, also tried bwl 2.261, tried cut-paste some dlls on backup directory leaving only bwaddin.dll, bwtvobserver.dll, riched20.dll, storm.dll and smackw32.dll. gonna try installing directx updates...that may be it... | ||
