Why is Hydra seeded instead of flash? lol. also effort needs more love All 4 semifinalists are seeded. Hydra made it to the Ro4 before getting knocked out by Fantasy. Flash only made the Ro8 before getting knocked out by Jangbi. He'll be seeded into the dual tournament, but not the Ro16.
