If it's genuinely not working in BW, that invariably means either your keyboard is screwed, or you have another program open (such as xsplit, I've made some horrible mistakes here :p) which is overriding BW hotkeys for it's own use. A coupla times I've started streaming a game and been like "WTF none of my keyboard keys work!!!!" and my xsplit has been freaking out trying to change scenes from scene 8 to 9 at 240 APM ^^.

That's prolly coz your keyboard setting is off....
When I'm typing in Korean, the right ctrl doesn't work. I have to switch back to US keyboard so I can use right ctrl in BW.

Do you guys not use your thumb? I can only just reach 7 with my index finger but use my thumb to hit 8 9 and 0~
