The banning of draco is pretty ridiculous obviously. You can say it's about not sharing his plans with the management all you want, but fact is that everyone is allowed to have multiple teams/clans. He probably thought it would be okay anyway, small mistake, big deal? I don't like him either and he would have gotten kicked by the ToT's even if pG allowed him to stay longer. It's sad they need reasons such as these to get rid of him. Alot of people are used to the nostalgic feeling to the name pG and its members. It's not only top players, but also a clan of StarCraft legends. Players that have been around for years, traveled the world, beaten Koreans, and dominated the foreign scene for the longest time. ToT is a more new-school and it's hard to accept this sudden change. Naturally there's less symphathy for players that have been around for a shorter period of time (and that have accomplished less). What I dislike the most about this switch is the fact that Mondragon has never been reluctant to show his despise for pG and its members. For the longest time he truely acted like an idiot towards anyone wearing a pG tag. In his opinion pG was an arrogant bunch of assholes. Now suddenly he's going to be wearing this tag? I'm having some mixed feelings about that. The move from ToT to pG will eventually be a good thing for all of us. If it works out with the sponsors (pG has the tendency of picking a few top players and leaving the rest for dead every time there's tickets to be paid) and all these 'new' (sponsors/international tournaments) guys get the opportunity to participate in as many events as possible. They are capable of winning tournaments and the more of them we see the better. Both for the foreign community and themselves. Though I honestly doubt pG is actually going to give them what they're looking for. This team is way to big to pay for and I think after 6-12 months people will start to realize it. What happens then? We'll see. | ||

anyway, like a year ago my friend and me had a discussion about how nice it would be that clans like SK would start a bw squad, but back then i thought that this will not happen since these clans only get such squads if they know that their squad will compete with the bests of the bests, the reason why i thought it aint gonna happen is because i thought that the bests of the bests already are in ToT, and i NEVER thought that ToT will sell themselfs to such clans and take their tag.. but sadly they now did so, i had a completly wrong picture of ToT | ||
