It's still not right. Fantasy has an extra point from somewhere. He should have 8; +2 from team wins and +6 from two wins during matches his team lost, instead he has 9 points. So, something isn't quite right still. :/
Also, when I look in the detailed team tab, there are points that have already been assigned in both week 3 and week 4 for players on Khan, KT and SKT. It doesn't appear to be affecting the actual scoring page, but it's still quite odd. o_O

I thought SKT was 3-2, but you're right. The stats page has it down as a streak point, which creates inconsistency. (Compare Stork: 4-0, KHAN is 3-1. That should give Stork 12 + 3 + 1 (3 game win streak, if intervals of 2 then this should be 2 points) = 16.) He played ZerO (1-3 now) and Reality (1-2) so there wasn't a (mis-assigned) streak break point either.
Research: this seems to be a widespread inconsistency, probably based on whoever did the last update giving points on a 2/4/6 scale.
3-win streak scale:
Neo.G_SoulKey (4 W streak, 1 pt.; Stork (4 W streak, 1 pt.); Stats (2 W streak, 0 pt.); Horang2 (2 W streak (broken), 0 pt.); Leta (2 W streak, 0 pt.); RorO (2 W streak, 0 pt.); Bisu (2 W streak (broken), 0 pt.); By.Sun (2 W streak (broken), 0 pt.)
2-win streak scale:
Jangbi (2 W streak, 1 pt.); fantasy (2 W streak, 1 pt.)
Needs one more win to tell scale:
BaBy (3 W streak, 1 pt.); Jaedong (3 W streak, 1 pt.); Flash (3 W streak, 1 pt.)
Cannot tell scale:
EffOrt (3 W streak (broken), 1 pt.); Hydra (3 W streak (broken), 1 pt.); BeSt (3 W streak (broken), 1 pt.)
System Broken Completely:
sHy (3 W streak, 0 pt.)
Another issue: several players still have "double entered" (I guess) info in the "Cur" (for current streak I guess?) column. Stork, Soulkey, Jangbi, sHy, fantasy, RorO are all listed with a "W*" one longer than actual; Bisu, by.Sun, Light, Reality, mini, n.Die_soO, hero, Shuttle are all listed with a "L*" one longer than actual.
I suspect the two are related: if Jangbi and fantasy are given the "longer" streak the points magically appear, while adding wins to the other players doesn't earn them any bonus points. Except for sHy, who has a 3-game win streak, is credited with a 4-game win streak, and has no bonus point.

Also, points for trades are broken - for example I had Stars for week 2 only (scored 2 pts for 3-2), yet I get 6 points for them (that's their total for either week 2 and later, or entire season, can't tell).

FPL is so poorly coded... as far as I can tell points and streaks should be working, and all matches are recorded correctly...

I feel like i should've spread my team out a bit more among players from other teams. Like, the players on my team all player in the latter half of the week, or the early the next week. It really leaves too much room for me to not get points. =\

Well I have pretty much one player per team, and I keep getting screwed. My players keep playing each other. This has happened atleast 5-6 times already lol.

Was able to sneak off jangbi for hydra on anti team. What a weight off my team to get him off when I could.

What a train wreck; 4/6 of my team is failing so hard: Sea, Killer, FBH, Soo, get 3 wins, 10 losses combined total. FBH, Soo and Killer didn't even get fielded for their latest matches. There were 3 potential trades I was going to make, contingent on just any of those 4 players getting at least one win this week(sometimes in multiple matches); they all lost, or didn't play. They are now almost worthless - The best I can buy now is "flying" for Sea... GG.

Jaehoon is on the cheap. Jaedong, Bisu, and Baby are kind of cheap for what they have done no?

Wow...I was able to trade Light for Bisu. That's one hell a trade. Bisu may have gotten off to a rocky start but he's only lost two games (and one of them was to the Commander).

Everyone seems so cheap ... I can trade Leta for Jaedong, skyhigh for Sea, Stats for Effort, mini for firebathero, Hoejja for Roro ... the question is, which two do I make :/
