I didn't see it written down on the first page, but some people seem to think so. no. captain is actually a handicap. you need to choose him wisely so it doesnt drown you during the season. but it has a value: if you get tied in the rankings with someone else, the one who has a more valuable captain gets the spot. so its not a good idea to make theROCK your captain (or that's what i think/heard. i might be wrong on some point) | ||

Ahh still updating? lol my team only has 1pt from Sun instead of the 7464686 it should have from all the wins so far ^^ (im jk obviously since I have both Bogus and Modesty in my team lol kind of a fail on my part, predicting fail from STX and then picking 2 players for my main team...lesson learned, never do a FPL team without 2 or 3 days to study everything!). | ||

Also, will we know the lineups for the games that weren't played? It says we get points if they're on the lineup, even if they didn't play, but I don't see the lineup information anywhere. | ||

You can't trade your captain, and the captain is your tiebreaker as well, so you want the captain to be someone that will perform well consistently and whom you will always want on your team. Chances are this will match up with your most expensive player. What do you mean by games that weren't played? If you mean sets past the point where one team has already won, then no; I don't think you get any more points for a team saying they would have played another player if given the chance. You do however, get a point for a player if their team wins. Example: + Show Spoiler + If you have Movie on your team, you will get 1 point due to CJ winning and him being a member, but you will not get anything more if theoretically CJ had planned to play Movie if there had been more sets. | ||

If you have an average team with one very cheap guy (lets say SKT worth 5 points, 5 guys worth 5 points and The Rock worth 0 points) then you should make The Rock captain. You can't trade him away useful anyway and you can trade all your 5-pointers which is more important than tiebreakers. If you have someone like Bisu/Flash/JD on your team just make them captain, that is fine. You will not trade him away anyway, basically no matter what. Even if tiebreakers are usually not important, there is no need to give up on them. Edit: The lineups are not known anymore so there is no way to give out these points. Which player plays is only revealed right before the game starts to combat illegal betting. | ||
