KCM has overheard from MBCGame fellow workers at the Loox studio while filming for the Real Soccer tournament.
His post summary:
It seems like MBCGame will shut down mid-January; till then MBCGame won't shut down. (He said that MBC needs time to completely switch a channel from Game-based to Music-based).
Though there are few events scheduled in October for MBCGame, it seems like there's a huge chance that MSL and next Proleague won't air on MBCGame at all.
This was posted in cafe called http://cafe.daum.net/mbcgamelove/, which was made after the shocking news that MBCGame was going to shutdown. Think of it as #savembcgame movement.
Bloody hell...guess nothing was going to stop it after all. So this really is the last MSL T_T Wonder what will happen to PL with just one channel broadcasting.

Actually, the last MSL already finished. The news seems to suggest that the upcoming MSL will just be cancelled.
Side note: There was an article on fomos few days ago that said MSL Group Selection will happen in October, at latest. KCM's post on the daum cafe, however, is more recent.

Well even if that was announced as a rumor time ago, MBC disbanding will never be an easy thing to recover from..i'm really sad, i'd really like if it would be possible to gather all of us BW fans and make our own gaming channel to keep MSL and other stuff alive..that'd be awesome, but i don't really think that's even a possibility T_T
