Come on it's a new game TT yellow still adjusting to it I know it's just funny that the coach just honestly would say that in front of Yellow :D Although he is older I thought atleast show some respect to the guy and bring it lightly It definitely reminds me of Oldboy episode 1 in which all the progamers judge his skills xD now if only gom decides to translate their conversation word by word I swear i will be the happiest person on earth XD !!!! QUOTE] On August 14 2011 00:34 snajper wrote:FIX THE OP.
NESTEA WAS NEVER SUGGESTED AS A COACH!!
THE ONLY ZERGs THAT THERE WERE ARE THEWIND AND JULY!!!!!!!!
MODS FIX THE OP. I add nestea on the basis that who will be the better coach :D :D :D so it's still legible that nestea will be coming to judge yellow's skill in sc2 so why must i change the poll . The thing is that he wasn't considered. You are confusing everybody. I am not you will never know nestea will be coming to coach yellow too ^^ so no changes to the poll. Did you see him getting considered in last EP.? I watched it twice and I didn't see him EVEN ONCE in the video. So I have no fuc**** idea what you are talking about. That was TheWind. It's not about whether he is considered or not it could be nestea and until episode 2 is release i am holding my decision to leave the poll as it is . I have no idea what you are doing. You made this poll with no knowledge what so ever. You confusing people right and left, but hey, its your poll i guess. So i guess you are the producer of Project A than knowing that guy could be the wind and not be a guest coach for yellow ? that's some word man . It's just a damn poll and you are going to get prick off over that I am not changing at all because the question still remains the same Which will be the BETTER coach for yellow . Which nestea could be in or could be not in the whole program and the idea of the poll was whether to Gage among the the previous broodwar players who will be the better coach for yellow and zergbong was voted the most .
I don't have to be a producer of Project A.
I simply watched the episode, in which Nestea wasn't mentioned as a Coach once.
That was enough for me. [/QUOTE]
So you have your reason to come into your conclusion that doesn't mean nestea can't be making as surprised appearance and probably coach yellow . After all who is better to give a lesson or two about the race to yellow the wind seriously ? lol Lets see the wind retired code S player while zergbong who has 3 title of gsl code s under his belt who would have been the better the coach ? Obviously it's nestea after all yellow and zergbong go way back during broodwar it wouldn't kill him to help his former team mate don't you think ?.

yellow aside, i just found out that zergbong is pwning everyone at SC2? switching from pot to soda pop seems to help. Or is the level of SC2 actually that bad?
lol yeah, it is.If a no namer like Zergbong can completely dominate SC2 then Yellow will win GSL's with ease. Actually, I think he'll be back with BW when he wants a challenge soon enough. By that logic, NaDa, Boxer and July should have won GSL titles with ease already :p
It's a different game yo!

If Yellow is really serious and psychologically determined about being good at SC2, he will be once he masters the game mechanics and strategies.

The poll choices seem pretty random...

NaDa is the best out of those named (in BW in recent times), he hardly practices (by pro standards) AFAIK. He's really consistent in Code S (correct me if im wrong). yellow was doing well at the end of his BW career, specially considering how long ago he started. Yellow is going to be really strong in sc2, a GSL winner? Maybe but i'd give it 3 seasons before making a relatively accurate prediction.
edit: omg 999th post!

Boxer should coach Yellow just for the lols

Nada's been consistently advancing from his group, and made it to the Ro4 back in May (somehow losing to 10% vs Zerg Inca and giving us a painfully one-sided Inca/Nestea finals). I could see him breaking out and winning one, and I would not even be slightly surprised if he won MLG Raleigh.
But Yellow?

That's the Boxer-Yellow showmatch. That game was played a week ago. No one expected someone who played the game casually for a month to actually beast even a struggling pro. But Yellow seemed determine to refute the "C- in ICCUP = Masters in SC2" idea by being in gold league and playing like it. Yellow is bad at SC2. He is bafflingly bad. He is literally worse than I am, and I'm terrible. Yeah, it was a showmatch, but Yellow got humiliated so hard the publicity stunt backfired.
Sorry, but no way he's making Code A when players like IMSeed can't. Not in a month.

haha zergbong coaching yellow, i never thought i would be alive to see the day

NaDa is probably the most consistent player in the GSL, constantly churning up great results, even with little practice. A strong contender to win this upcoming GSL too, I wouldn't be surprised if he reaches a final by the end of this year.

YellOw was doing decent the year previous to the end of his bw career. His last year (once returning to KT) he did not produce good results, but he also transitioned from a player to a TV host/entertainer. This past year he did Hyungjun's show on mbc and made many appearances guest hosting on OGN. I doubt YellOw has many serious aspirations of making it big on sc2, and if he is indeed interested in moving on to entertainment (as Shark did), this project makes sense.

hahaha race choosing ceremony was awesome.
Zerg player: Pick zerg yellow! It's the best race and it suits your style in sc2! Terran player: Pick terran Yellow! Otherwise Boxer will join all of your games and bunker you! It's the best race! Protoss player: Pick Pro... ehh... yeah pick Terran fuckit.

As entertaining as Project A was, I thought that it was kind of... distracted. Haha. I really loved the idea but I wanted to see YellOw really start playing the game, not just sit in a room, make a race selection we all knew were coming and make jokes.
I hope the upcoming episodes focus more on the actual training and reflects whether YellOw is taking this as seriously as I'd love for him to be.

Watch the project A video. He has does not know enough about the game to be good. He never made roaches vs Hellions (Even though he did vs banshees -_-', and then boxer let him win). He doesn't even know what all the units do. He didn't research baneling speed the game he made banelings, then did a game where he made no banelings at all. And even with that he is a higher rated player in 10 or so games than most Diamond NA players. Yeah he is fucking terrible/end sarcasm. Give him time, he played actually pretty smart against BoxeR for someone who didn't know wtf he was doing. His BW mechanics will allow him to macro and micro Sc2 impeccably, and probably better than BoxeR or Nestea, but Sc2 is a much different game strategically (different units, different abilities, different maps, different meta-game) and it also plays much different (with unit pathing, building placement, -everything). Feck they were even playing in 3D. Who plays progames in 3D...??? With 3D Glasses..........
