I dont think it was as severe as Flashs.

I hope he recovers quickly and without problems, I like having a person you can always know will probably take games (mostly for my liquibets lol) and having a player to use as a measure for how good the other players are more easily. I do feel however that I dont think we´ll see Flash domination for at least half a year after this.

@_@ I kind of don't even want him to wait until after the next few games. If it's really that serious where it's super fucking painful to even move a mouse why would he try to at all? Just go get the surgery and sit out the next few months. It'll suck hard to see the pain on his face during the games.

Reading through some stuff about CTS surgery, some interesting reports

It is not uncommon for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Symptoms to return within two years of surgery, even when surgery goes well, if repetitive stress activities continue through routine use of a person's hands at work or at home. When Symptoms return, hand surgeons will consider performing a second surgery, but will not perform a third surgery. Medical text books advise against more than two surgeries for CTS.

Carpal Tunnel Surgery is not a permanent fix.

Peak improvement (the best level of improvement a patient can reach) may take a long time (up to 10 months).

Hopefully Flash takes good care of himself after the surgery and improves his hand posture and all that to prevent a repeated injury.

Good, the early rounds of next season hardly matter so long as Flash retains his career. He has the chance to win dual starleague and proleague finals with his team, and any of the 3 will be a major deal.

Mmm, I don't want to come off as a pessimist and I'm definitely not a doctor, but I have severe CTS and when I went in, they told me the recovery process would be about 6 months of wearing a wrist brace, and some patients never recover completely. I'm sure those cases are rare, but still, 30 days sounds like a very short recovery time for him to be at his best.
