Just like in the last several seasons I've started up the 'no trading' group, join for a unique competition!
My team consists of  Kal (c),  Jaedong,  Leta, Modesty, Paralyze, sHy and ACE.
Basically I'm going with 3 heavy hitters, accompanied by a handful of 1-2 point wonders. (I'm still debating Paralyze, as cool as he is, he might not see many play opportunities behind Bisu and presumably Best - who will surely try to get his place back in the lineup this round)
If ACE can come any close to rediscovering their form the round before WL, they will be a steal for 0 points. I also have high hopes for sHy - 1 point for a dreamleague bonjwa on a team struggling to field protoss players... sounds straightforward enough.
Finally, Stats in my anti for a good measure of gambles, he's only good in WL :-p
edit: I've replaced Paralyze with Grape for now, we'll see if I change my mind.

CH: He has been showing some amazing play recently and since he isn't a newcomer I don't see it being a fluke.
Jangbi: Quite a risky pick. I'm basically just counting on him getting his shit together. In his days of glory he could take games from everybody. This is when his slump ends! 
Movie: Rock solid player in general, but has recently been showing amazing games. No idea how he is only 5.
Shine: I don't like the guy, but he can win. He seems to be a dark horse in every game he enters and usually comes out victorious because of his creativity when it comes to pressure builds.
Snow: Pretty much the same category as Movie. Though he isn't a veteran on the scene, he always seems comfortable which leads to a high standard.
Turn: Another risky pick. This youngster has sick potential, but hasn't really performed yet in my eyes. This is his time to shine!
KT: 4 for KT? Deal!
Anti
Baby: For my other two picks for anti to be possible I had to go with one gosu. I just played this very risky - totally counting on Baby going into a slump!
M18M: He did very well on my anti team last season. Keep it up!
Tossgirl: Despite being really really hot and may be able to distract her opponents with her hotness, the chances of her ever actually getting playtime is slim to none.

Is it just me, or the players are more expensive each season?  I have to pick Bisu and then I'm left with 18 points.. KT for 4 points seems to be obvious choice, that leaves me with 14 points for 5 players.. uh oh. At least anti-team is easier to fill.
edit: I noticed I'm in group "forum veterans" what are the criteria for this group?

This is my Fantasy PL team.
Main Team:
Flash as a captain, nothing to say about this really, this guy is super good and almost never lose, we all know it. Might come in a problem with having him though is that Stats is a semi Ace now for KT so he might take over alittle from Flash as the ace and just overall ie go out with Stats before Flash and then KT might win without Flash playing. Because of this I have chosen KT as a team aswell to cover that part up.
Crazy-Hydra has come up with a AK in the WL last season and I think he will be able to play alot now for KT. Even if he doesnt win his matches he will have a lot of appearences so points for that is nice.
GoRush, to be fair I just took him of the two 0 people cause I needed one of them in the team.
Dark horse of the team: LETA!
He has (hopefully) come out of his year long slump with some nice kills in the WL with a tree-kill I think one match and dominating the MST and his group in the MSL going to the ro16 with a clean 2-0. I think he will deliver in the PL aswell.
Grape just won some MSL matches and I took him of them all people that had 2 points since I think he will appear some in the PL and might get a kill or two some matches.
Modesty is a guy that STX will play alot I think. He will come out for sure when there is a zerg out for the opposing team and he will play most of the STX games I think (probably even more than Clam).
Anti Team:
I think that Jaehoon is a quite ok player but always struggle and never gets it done so I picked him first in my Anti Team since I think he will lose alot and dont have to many appearences, ie lose the matches he play.
Hyun is another guy from MBC that doesnt get to play so much and I dont think he is that good either so...
And last but definitely not least we have Perfectman, this might be the worst player of all the teams out there, he is so bad I cannot describe it, yuck!!

Pure fanboy pick. I'm hoping he can ride his momentum from the end of R4, and maybe even win some ace matches for ACE!
5 Jaehoon
I think Jaehoon is a good buy for 5 points. He's been great PvT this season, and should be good for a couple ace match appearances since MBC likes to mix it up (this is why I will never ever pick Sea)
6 Leta
2-0'd his MSL group, I'm hoping that's a sign of resurgence. Probably good for an ace match appearance or two, and hopefully a bunch of wins.
2 Modesty
Best 2 pointer I could find. Maybe he'll snipe Jaedong in an ace match again!
3 Reality
Showing a lot of promise. There's a lot of upside here - if Reality comes into his own this round, he'll end up with more than enough wins to justify 3 points.
6 Snow
It was either him or Soulkey. As much as I love Soulkey, he probably won't be appearing in any ace matches. Snow might.
4 KT
A hell of a lot of upside here for only 4 points, especially after Stats' performance in WL. If Stats plays like that in R5, KT could very well go undefeated.
Anti Team
6 Bogus
I think Bogus is overvalued at 6 points. Yeah, he's STX's best terran, but I'm just not seeing him winning nearly enough games to justify a 6 point cost.
1 koala
A player who will never play on a bad team. I considered Xellos, but he might get some playtime, which is risky. Plus ACE might even be better than MBC now.
6 Light
This one could come back to bite me in the ass. I'm banking on Light taking a little more time to adjust to his new team, and you can bet your ass I'll be trading him away if he gets off to a poor start, because he'll probably do well in the later weeks of R5.

^ Well yes, Koala isn't going to play and not for the next 1.5yrs, since he's in the army now. As for Xellos, he was discharged from ACE last month and is back with Hite.

Is there a list of all the player's value that I can copy paste? It is usually in the thread for just posting your team with no context, but I don't see that one.
Durring WL I was thinking, "man stats is going to be so overpriced..." And he is an 8, lol. Easy anti team this season.

Dude, your team is full of anti-team superstars. KT went something like 7-11 in first 2 rounds, which were not winners leagues and CH won't add too much because of 2 reasons: He's not that good and KT isn't deep enough even with him. Movie is nowhere near being good and so are jangbi and CH. I don't think Jangbi will pick up his sheet anytime soon, at least not before the next season and CH is just fluke. I don't know what KT was thinking when they acquired him. Actually, Movie-CH-Jangbi would make an awesome anti-team if personal performance was the only factor being considered. Other than that, Shine is a steal from 3 points, TurN from 4 is a fair deal, Snow is totally fair for a 5, can be considered for a 6.
As for anti, I'd pick Kal from 8 into anti if I wanted to gamble, he's pretty inconsistent and may lose a lot more than he wins, but I wouldn't gamble on BaBy. He's a beast since the start of R4 and totally not worth gambling in my opinion. M18M and Tossgirl will totally perform for anti-teamers.

I wanted a more consistent team, so instead of having a near-guarantee in Flash or Bisu, I went with Stork, who's still fairly solid, and Hydra, who's been kicking ass this season. Grape has shown potential, and for their cost aren't a huge gamble since Stork and Hydra tightened my budget quite a bit. RuBy is still a contender and has shown a balanced performance, and I figure he'll be seeing lots of air time being on ACE, as with FireBatHero, who's been on a bit of an up-swing lately. To finish-off the team, I went with my boy Ggaemo, who'd been performing pretty damn well in Winners League. I don't think he'll be one to slump in response to an MSL loss -- seems like a hardy guy.
The team I'm going with is MBC -- they aren't exactly full of heavy-hitters, but they're a team with a solid line-up that can put-up a fight and take games. I'm not expecting to lose any points with this choice.
Against my gut feeling, I'm going with WeMade FOX. Pure is already slumping, I don't think RorO is going to perform as everyone is hoping, and I've got a sneaking suspicion that BaBy won't be the Flash-killer people are expecting, and will go in to a surprising slump. Yet I'm telling myself this is just superstition, and if all goes well, they've got a pretty solid line, with Mind doing pretty decent lately. Here's hoping my gut is wrong.
I didn't gamble too much with my anti-team: Free has been doing pretty lack-luster lately, Great isn't consistent (or really all that great,) and I don't think JangBi is going to surge back to the top any time soon.

CH did a great job this winners league and for 4 points you pretty much have to pick him.
FBH has been on fire lately, hopefully he can return some of his old glory. Expecting him to get some ace appearances on ACE.
Flash is a no brainer, he may be expensive but his performance is always second to none. Should expect a lot of wins and ace appearances.
Grape this dude is only 2 points and still has a pretty good record. Feel like he's defiantly worth 2 points and maybe even more.
Ssak maybe get his act together and play to the level he's supposed to. This is his time to shine.
YellOw is back in KT and is going to shape up to his former glory. He will also reel in all them KT win points. YellOw HWAITING!
KT for 4 points? This must be Christmas. I can only imagine everyone not picking KT crying at the end of this season. (Only some KT fanboyism :p)
Jaehoon, I don't feel like he ever amazes me. He's just plain and I don't like plain. (props for pink/purple hair tho :D)
Jangbi won't make a comeback anytime soon I'm sorry. had this been around 2006ish sure. I'd love to pick him. Not today sadly.
Shuttle this is the only pick I'm a bit worried about. He might dominate he might not. I for one hope the latter.

Having Jaedong as captain has always worked out for a good amount of points, though holy crap, he costs a lot this round. Killer is basically guaranteed playtime, and if he can keep up his performance from WL, he can probably net a reasonable number of points. I'm conflicted on HiyA: his performance during R1 and R2 was...bad to say the least, but if he can keep up his WL performance, Oz can probably get to ACE. I may switch him out for Light or Leta, though. Any suggestions? sHy should get a reasonable amount of playtime. BackHo is an odd choice, but he catapulted me to 4th last season's R5, so he may do it again?
Don't know what to do with Anytime, though. There's no real good 1 pointers.
For the anti, I don't know how Brave will do, but I think less than Grape, Hyun...meh. s2, I'm not sure about, but it's not WL, so I'm not as worried. Also, I don't really like him. One thing's for sure: I've learned from others not to put Roro on Anti.

I made a spreadsheet of all the players with a price of 2 or higher and put it on Google Docs. Its got the team, race, and point value. If anyone wants to add the 1 pointers that would be awesome.

For my main team, I tried to split the players among teams that I think will do well, other than Woongjin who's players I feel are overpriced. I also tried to get one ace in Fantasy and other middle-of-the-road players I felt were underpriced. It's a gamble but if it comes off I'll be laughing
Leta will come back. He's 3 points less than last time and is a steal. I chose him as captain over Fantasy in case I want to trade, it will be easier to trade Fantasy for someone decent than Leta due to Fanta's high cost.
Midas is my favourite player, also I think he is very underpriced. He had much more game time in proleague than winner's league and will feature regularly. I can see him being a big point/cost player.
firebathero is almost certain to get sent out every game for ACE. He kind of killed me when I picked him for winner's league fpl but he'll run into star players less often these rounds so I think he'll do better than he did in winner's league.
So everyone I actually wanted was Terran which is odd cos usually I hate Terran. I needed a zerg so I picked Crazy-Hydra, partly because he's competent but mostly because he plays for KT and will hopefully pick up a few team win points.
Lastly I needed a protoss and I wanted someone from Samsung for team points. I just hope Grape gets sent out often!
I cannot believe the price for WeMade! They are an absolute steal! Watch them make me top ten
As for my anti I really hope MBC fail or else I'm screwed!

Yeah, the name say it all. I did got a Top 10 when I tried to All-in with Wongi Star a couple of season ago and I'm trying the same thing this season.
Bogus Calm and Kal is an awesoem trio. I'm pretty sure they will give lots of win to STX.
Classic shown really good potential and if you make him into a sniper, he will do good.
I think Last, for a 1 point, can give me some good result and give me point if STX win (wich they will).
hero, I dunno.. i don't think he will do great but he is in STX All-in !!
