But what would be even better, an I've considered suggesting it to R1CH, it to increase the number of Threads in each section that are visible, so that way if NaDa's Body has been bumped in the past 10 threads I'll know immediately ![]()

I actually do have one, but I have no programming/coding knowledge whatsoever, so I don't know if it would be feasible (without help on TL's end.) Similar to what you did with this extension, would there be anyway you could filter the Upcoming Events area on the side so that only BW/TL related items appear? With so many SCII events happening daily, it's a bit of a pain to just quickly glimpse to the right hand side and see what BW events are happening that day/the next few days.

I don't think I'll be able to filter the upcoming events or the news / most of the site because it's hard to tell which is SC2 and which is BW. I'll be able to filter the streams because they're clearly labeled. ![]() Anyway, I updated the extension just now because I realized I had a useless icon on the chrome extensions menu just sitting there taking up space. The update just removes that. Thanks for your kind remarks, feels good. ![]()

maybe different elements can be categorized to hide them easier (if website can be changed)

Yeah, I thought that might be a problem. Unless someone were to manually enter in whether an item is SCII/BW and do it for every event listed, I don't imagine an automated program would be able to do it. That's why I included the without TL's help when I asked; I imagine if there was a way for the person who updates the calendar to check whether it was a BW/SCII event, then it may be easier. But I don't know if it's a one person job, or if multiple people do it. Once again, please forgive my complete lack of knowledge, but I guess one way to go about it would be to set flags for BW events that frequently appear on the upcoming events section. Such as OSL, MSL, SWL, BW team names and so forth. And then have it so each item that has one or more of those tags is made visible and any that don't are hidden. But I have no idea how much work that would be, or if it's even possible. As it is, thanks for making this awesome extension. :D

Yea, i tried it myself too, in fact the only thing necessary to do is to append the original Chrome Addon CSS file in CTRL+12 - Advanced - Content - Style Options+ Show Spoiler + #nav_starcraft2+table { display:none; } #nav_starcraft2 { display:none; visibility:hidden; margin-top:-25px; } to operas user style CSS file(and apparently Firefox too has a userContent.css to which it could be added) On March 26 2011 23:20 meegrean wrote: THANK YOU SO MUCH. awesome work. but yeah, just to reiterate what the people said about its functionality. Filter streams and calendar events and maybe front page news? I dunno but if we'll go that far we might as well ask the mods for an "old school" mode for TL where everything is just about BW. ok nvm I just read the thread.. ![]() wow this fixed the inch or so space in the sidebar...not that I miss it or anything.

Taken your code and made a script for GreaseMonkey for Firefox, hope you don't mind. ![]() Just install the GreaseMonkey addon and then this script and it should work. And if you have time you could add some features like "show sc2 related forums on the bottom of the page" or "hide/show sc2 streams", "hide the Fan club forum" and so on. nice stuff

You can turn them on/off in the top right corner, but due to some bug you have to click two times to turn it on/off. The download link is the same. I'll fix the bugs in a few days, gotta study now.
