What is this IS you speak of? I think I know it by another name. I started hating Nada after he started becoming good and the major turning point is when he embarassed Boxer at the 1st KT-KTF finals.

There are other reasons though.

Or NaDa just played like he usually does, and ran circles around Boxer.

Yeah IS was Ideal Space and I didn't know they were Plus lol. IS had Boxer, NaDa, Yellow and Rainbow or at least that's all of the people I remember.

I think other players are getting better, and boxer simply isn't improving fast enough.

Also, Bifrost (Neo or not) is a Zerg map, as any HOT fan will tell ya.

Boxer's style just isn't efficient enough these days. Time has catch up to him, you're right: the skill levels now are much higher than it is 2-3 years ago.

Here's one of Boxer's major flaw: He uses the damn arrow keys.

If you watch that multi-angle VOD of him, you can see that he takes his left hand off and bring it all the way across to the arrow keys just to move his screen. That's about 1 to 1.5 seconds wasted every time he moves his hand back and forth. This is so inefficient, and the majority of players that can play at the same multi-task speed as him can most of the time beat him.

BoxeR picked oov, and oov became a monster.
He also picked ZergLee and Rainbow (if i'm not mistaken), and they're decent progamers, nothing amazing.

I still have faith in Boxer's judgement of players. At least for TerAto..

Hehe well considering nada and boxer are like 17-15 or something all time TV games.. "As usual" is a bit harsh

Boxer threw the last game away so bad -.-

Boxer picked kingdom (kingdom was already good though), kingdom won a starleague and became one of the best tosses.

Boxer picked kos, kos qualified for a starleague (nada and boxer used to say kos had the best metal in the world). Kos has made it into 2 starleagues, he got fucking INSANE groups both times.. Like one time was Xellos, Zeus, Kos and someone, and the first time he had to play yellow and another couple of good players O_O

kos is in the tier of doggi and mumyung.
zerglee is the shittiest pro-gamer.

btw, Boxer also picked up Hiroko(Z). I highly doubt Mumyung will turn out to be a good player. Boxer has a tendency to pick up some of the worst zerg players around like Zerglee, Hiroko, and Sudaboy.

Although Hiroko and Sudaboy are amateurs, there were still better choices for him like zergman and ipxzerg.

Hiroko is zerglee.
Kos is WAY above doggi.

No.7 (7th ranked zerg) Seong Hak Seung 2990 296 Games 150 Wins 146 Losses 50.7 % (MUMYUNG)

No.14 Kim Hyeon Jin 2061 209 Games 102 Wins 107 Losses 48.8 % (KOS)

No.16 Choi Su Beom 1933 203 Games 96 Wins 107 Losses 47.3 % (Doggi)

Now, doggi has been around TWICE as long as kos and as far as I know his biggest accomplishment is WCG 2001 and a starleague..

Kos has been in 2 starleagues, a KPGA where he did good iirc and a winners championship I think (beating yellow, no wait - dominating yellow IIRC)

Btw.. Sudaboy and Rumble are newcomers, IMPRESSIVE newcomers, didn't both make into challenge league? ON THEIR FIRST TRY AFTER JOINING KTF, THAT IS FUCKING GOOD !

When boxer picked out OOv, oov had done NOTHING beyond 2000 gamei with all races.. NOTHING.

FA, here's some old pics of Orion:
Hiroko's at far right, Zerglee's on top of him
[image loading]

Hiroko's at top left, Zerglee's at bottom right
[image loading]

IIRC, Sudayboy joined Boxer's team awhile, when they still have all those frantic name changes. Hadn't heard much of Sudayboy in any minor/challenge leagues, only in prelims.

btw, Boxer picking up oov was still impressive, but what i said was he has a tendency to pick up shitty Zerg players, not terran.

also, I'm surprise that's some really close ratios of Doggi and Kos.

"No.14 Kim Hyeon Jin 2061 209 Games 102 Wins 107 Losses 48.8 % (KOS)

No.16 Choi Su Beom 1933 203 Games 96 Wins 107 Losses 47.3 % (Doggi)"

I figure Kos has probably been around as long as Doggi since Kos was in IS also Don't know the exact date but quite sure IS has been for the longest time since Boxer's establishment of his own team rise through that. IS was made up of Boxer, Yellow, sir@soni, combl, kos, rainbow, salmosa, etc.., something like that.

No.4 Seong Hak Seung 1988 101 Games 60 Wins 41 Losses 59.4 %

This is his ZvZ stats :D He's ranked above Gorush :O

His ZvT and ZvP ~ 44% and 43% respectively :/

Damnit FA, don't lie about Boxer vs NaDa record. Their record is like 16-18 or 17-19, in favor of NaDa. ==;
