Given the circumstances, I highly doubt that he's going to SC2. There are rumours about him being related to the match-fixing, but I also doubt that to - it seems just like an attempt to explain his sudden change.

![]() I always considered his MSL win to be the greatest starleague performance of all time, the way he demolished both Flash and Jaedong in BO5s on his way to win it is just mind blowing. Not to mention he had to go through a BO5 vs Kal also, just to make sure hes been tested vs top players in each matchup, and he won by playing out of his mind crazy well. Sure he had the maps going for him, but he was playing amazingly that entire tournament.

I still remember some of his terrific timing attacks like they were yesterday. Thanks for the run you've put on for us ForGG and we hope you have a great future! what??? bisu is still in the msl, his game against shine is not until thur... pls. don't be a prophet predicting bisu will be out ![]() or you mean flash can still come back to MSL... i wonder what will happen to KT? only flash as terran, they should let barracks play more.

I don't think anything big suddenly came up. There's probably been something hanging over his head causing such bad play for awhile if he decided to retire now.

![]() According to interviews and such he was a really core part of KT, I can imagine that if he had problems the team had problems ( in that he was a key personality in the KT house etc).

Am I the only one remembering a forGG (perhaps a little less than a year ago) interview where he stated he would never go to SC2? Or did I dream that? Either way I hope he does not quit BW to play that game.

He broke his contract 2 days after playing PL and 3 days before being scheduled to play the MSL, moving out of the KT house in that time. I can't remember another retirement that was this sudden mid-season. For those who mentioned Effort, his retirement took place between seasons and after his current contract was completed. I'll definitely miss ForGG ![]()
