Your team broke out of its 4 loss streak. ▲s2: With our team in a 4 loss streak, when we fell behind 2:3 today and Sun's position was looking dire in his game, I thought we were about to extend our streak to 5. But Sun was just too awesome, and Best cleaned up nicely, so we managed to win. It took good play from everyone to end the streak. It's chipped away at our worries. ▲Sun: In R1 we won everything, and we hit 10 wins in a row in R2, but we then dropped into a 4 game losing streak. Right now, this one win feels very precious, so I'm glad we could win. During your losing streak, you've had to rely on your zerg line a lot. ▲s2: You win some, you lose some, but during the team's losing streak, the Z line was slumping too. There was a lot of pressure, and we practiced an incredible amount. I was confident that I would win for sure. s2, in game 1, you beat Saint in a mirror match. ▲s2: We both went overgas [T/N TY Harem], so it came down to who got the 2nd gas earlier and who could get more muta kills. Since our builds were so similar, the deciding factor was confidence. I brought a mindset of victory, so I won. Sun, it seems you are often sent out in 2:3 situations. ▲Sun: Today there was some pressure. When I lost all my troops, I felt very pessimistic for a while. But a successful recall helped me work up my concentration. Sun, why are you sent in 2:3 situations so much? ▲Sun: It's not really on purpose [T/N unsure]. But I won't dodge an opportunity to play; even having a chance to play at all is the most important, so it doesn't matter to me what situation it comes in. s2, Sun has more wins than you. ▲s2: He's a junior player I care for a lot, so I'm happy as well. Seeing the rookies perform well makes us veterans excited. When Sun was on a winning streak, the team was upbeat and we won a lot. In my opinion, it's a good thing. Sun, you played passively. ▲Sun: I still haven't displayed my full strength. I feel like I'm not fully accustomed to playing televised games yet. I play better in practice than I did today. Sun, what moment was the biggest crisis for you? ▲Sun: There was the time when I attacked Light's natural and all of my dragoons died, so I only had zealots left. To be honest, if he had counterattacked, it would have been tough for me. There's only one game left in Round 2. ▲s2: Right now my condition isn't very good, so entering the SWL like this would be difficult. But after today's win, I feel like it's not much of a problem. If we prepare amply for SWL, we can go on a winning streak like in Round 1. We should be able to win a lot. We've got BBF. ▲Sun: We can do well. As long as I play, everything will be fine (haha). I need to grab my opportunities in SWL, since it'll be tough. Anything else? ▲s2: Soo and yeOngJae helped me practice a lot, so I'm going to treat them to a meal. Even though I ended up playing a ZvZ, I practiced every matchup, and I trained with yeOngJae a lot. I also practiced with Hyuk. Coach Choi Byung Hoon and Soo raised a couple points for me. In the future, our Z line will work very hard to get more winning streaks. ▲Sun: The maps are tough, but Coach Doctor.K recommended me an opening, so I could win. Thanks! I bet when Best tries to crack a joke at Bisu, all he gets in response is "Ha... ha.... ha..... That was... funny......" Best: "....you know what, I'm not even going to try anymore." Yes this should be done for both Fantasy and Hyuk. And of course: MAN BISU AND BEST'S INTERVIEW IS SO AWKWARD. OMFG THAT IS JUST GOLD RIGHT THERE. Now everybody is one with Jung Laden. XDDD If someone else could also shop Hyuk's awkward face on everyone else, that would complete the circle of unification. Mini Oov fighting! ^^Awww lil'oov is great. Hope to see him at more games. I can totally see oov training him into this amazing terran starting from age five. Then, on his 13th birthday, oov will call him into the study. Oov then picks up a small wooden box and blows off the dust. He hands the box to his son, and inside is a small scroll that contains the most perfect TvZ build order ever devised. Oov had spent the past 17 years figuring out how to get away with 14cc=>20cc=>21rax, and still be able to deal with 9pool speed. lil' oov then uses it to win the elite school leauge (now televised), win courage, get hiered by SKT, walk the royal road and win both leagues before his 14th birthday. We're only ten years away from the awesomeness. And thanks infinitestory for translating s2 and Sun's interview! Sun is really turning out to be a promising rookie that comes in through the clutch; it's good to see that he doesn't really mind being pressured to save his team's life nowadays. :D (Aww who am I kidding, on the inside, he totally hates having a burden on him, I bet.) | ||
