Several days ago i have upgraded my OS to WIN7, but when i played SC, there were two problems appeared: 1. the screen became "flowery" untill the game started and then it became normal when my probes went to mine; 2. my laptop occasionally halted unexpectedly while i playing, thus I would curse WIN7 (though not all faults belong to it, perhaps the OS is too advanced to deal with aged stuff, perhaps SC is too old to play), anyhow, it is terrible when i play with my friends. in order to play SC as before while instead of removing the WIN7 OS, i then installed XP OS under WIN7 OS, thus there are two OS in my laptop: if i work, i transfered into WIN7 and then to XP if I play SC. 嗯。。很高兴在TL看到同胞~ | ||

all it does is kill explorer and then run the game. It will not fix the crashing DirectDraw issues. | ||
