A: Even though we lost the first match of the season, we’re still happy about taking 2 wins in a row; we will work hard to continue this momentum

A: I should get some rest (from ACE matches), the opponents always sends a sniper against me, because
Stats’s PvT is strong, so coach decided to send him for Ace.Q: Still couldn’t end your Ace match losing streak, do you feel regret.
A: Yes it is unfortunate, but there are 54 matches and we’ve only played 3, I will have chances to play Ace when the time is right.
Q: You said to Stats, “My mentality is just like that”.
A: Only now Stats says he understands my mentality, so I just said that sentence (lol). There is less pressure playing the Ace match following 1 win, but the pressure is indescribably high following 1 loss.
Q: Watching teammates play and playing yourself, which is more nerve racking?
A: I get more passionate when cheering on teammates. Stats played well today, but he was even better in practice. Baby is a strong player, he almost turned the favour, but Stats was quick to control the pace of the game and eventually took the match.

A: I never though ACE was weak. They are very resilient, but we cannot relax, I believe we will do well.

A: Last season we were PL grand champions, I also took many first places, if I keep up my hard work, I believe we can easily defeat other teams. I hope everyone works hard; we end the first round in first place.

Q: Feelings after Ace match win?
A: I’m very happy after my win, but my condition is a lot worse than in practice, didn’t feel much even after winning. But I’m satisfied that our team took the win.
Q: Protoss was having a hard time today.
A: I watched Tempest hyung and Violet hyung lose consecutively; I also had the mentality that we Protoss are strong, but I also lost. We were hoping forGG hyung could win, and he did, so I had a chance to play Ace.
Q: What were you feeling when you knew you were going to play Ace?
A: I think it is a huge opportunity. It would be even better if I won 5th set and Ace, but just winning the Ace match is pretty good for me already.
Q: You said now you understand Flash?
A: Stats: I didn’t know preparing for 2 matches was this difficult. I now know why Flash is so great.

A: I was nervous when the game was suddenly paused. This is the first time I was in this situation; I thought we were continuing after a short pause, I didn’t think it would take this long. It made me even more nervous. Even though I was telling myself not to be nervous, I still couldn’t control myself (lol).
Q: You used carriers in the Ace match.
A: All Protoss player can micro carriers well, my carrier micro today was mediocre. I would prepare even better if I get more chances, I want to show everyone perfect carrier micro.
Q: This season you lost 2 PvZ in a row.
A: To be honest I wanted to switch to Terran at the beginning of the season (lol). PvZ is just too hard. Watching Tempest and Violet win against zerg, and I couldn’t, makes me very frustrated. I had better game sense on PvZ last season, but it was all gone this season, I can’t find that sense anymore.
Q: Any last words?
A: I want to thank the coaches for trusting me, practice partners that helped me prepare. Especially my Protoss teammates who supported me in hard times, and hot coach.
