Also, someone asked the question "workers can't attack under disruption web?" which is silly because no unit can attack while under disruption web - melee or ranged.
So to be clear, no, workers cannot attack under disruption web. Workers can attack under dark swarm but deal 0 damage to any unit standing under the swarm. There is a situation where they are in the swarm attacking out of the swarm, in which case they of course deal full damage.
