Yup, thanks for the info zatic. It's unfortunate that Baezzi has a personality problem and just can't cooperate with Team Liquid. I do agree with Malinor though, that despite Baezzi's differences with Team Liquid, the Starcraft community as a whole is better off with 2 great VOD sources.
Obviously, when Nevake is getting the VODs faster than Jon747, users will switch to Nevake. Vice versa if it's Jon747. Having two great VOD sources is a plus to the entire Starcraft community, especially when it comes to attracting new fans to pro Starcraft. At the end of the day, everybody, including Team Liquid, GosuGamer, ICCUP, and even OGN and MBC benefit by having a larger world wide Starcraft audience.

No, that is not was I said. All I am saying is we don't want to work with him on building a VOD backend for TLPD because of his erratic behavior. Everyone should appreciate the amount of work he is doing regardless.
Also I don't get where this is coming from since you are well aware that I understand how much work daily uploading is after I took over the nevake channel from you guys 2 years ago and have uploaded close to 5000 games since then.

No one is underrating Baezzi's work in uploading vods everyday. Considering Baezzi's behavior I understand why TL doesn't want to colaborate with him anymore and I fully support this decision. Besides, once we get a new source, zatic's going to be on fire uploading stuff on nevake.

Nevermind. For the people wondering - the MBC and OGN channels aren't FTA. If someone in Asia with a satellite could get a subscription and create a private stream, our problems would be solved. . .
Anyway. . . I think we need to consider the MBC/OGN dimension of this. If they want to charge for their production, maybe we should let them. The best thing in the world would be if they made the game available for free on their site. Maybe someone could send them an email and see whats up? They probably aren't earning crap from their pay-wall - so if they put their videos on youtube and embed some commercials they would probably earn a hell of a lot more.

While I do agree that wfbrood always uploads vods very fast after the games are over, youku loads really slow for me, doesnt matter if I'm at home or using the internet from the dorms. It would still be a good idea though.
