AKA the kid who converted from Warcraft 3 to Starcraft?
Guess where he is now.
+ Show Spoiler +Michael Chang (Chang Yong Suk), Korea (539,000 in chips): This computer studies student personifies the new style of Korean poker player: young, stylish, aggressive and, as shown by recent performances on the APPT, very successful. He has been playing online poker for the past 18 months and accumulated enough FPPs on PokerStars to enter the APPT Manila main event. A player that gives away very little at the table, this youngster is well placed to become Korea’s first APPT champion.
The most unsuspecting person....

It seems nowadays a lot of old Starcraft Pros are becoming successful in poker. This is probably due to so many similarities between the two.

I thought he was supposed to go back to school?

I'm glad he's doing something that he's good at that won't screw him over.
I feel really bad for the way he got shafted out of Warcraft 3, and then never accomplishing anything major in Starcraft when he tried.
Best of luck to him.

A bit of history on Freedom - He was one of the top War3 players (NE) years back on the Samsung KHAN team when one of the major tournaments in Korea rigged the maps against his favor (against all NEs, actually) because NEs supposedly lowered viewer ratings for the show. Faced with this injustice, Freedom quit Warcraft 3 and joined Samsung's Starcraft team as a Terran.

THIS IS REKRUL'S DOING!
That's the spirit, let's keep the family blood and make some big cash freedom. .

Wrong, there was an accusation that he was selling drugs and the money he had on him from a tourney was taken. Theres an article on here somewhere.
